Black No. 583 was cast by Bruce Type Foundry. The name Daisylou is the name I gave it when I digitized it, plus adding some alternates, swash characters and fractions:

Since no one else has named this numbered face since the Bruce TF introduced it during the letterpress era, you have the right of doing so—henceforth, it shall be known as “Daisy Lou”!
It was originally designed by Henry Brehmer, who and patented it in July–September 1888; he assigned the rights to D.W. Bruce [USPTO D18595].
