Any more info on this typeface?

Black Ornamented, LithoLitho Black [left] is a companion face to the fancier—and still fancier—Black Ornamented (shown with optional “tail.”) These handsome text faces were designed by Herman Ihlenburg in 1873 for the Bruce TF (New York).

Consecutively numbered design patents for both were applied for and issued on the same dates in July–November [USPTO D6989–6990]. They were introduced in the 1874 supplement to Bruce’s 1969 catalog.

Revivals of the basic (solid-black) typeface have been extensively digitized:

Whether “true” revivals of these faces will be available in the future remains to be seen…

Here is a version with the fancier background.

Unfortunately, both google patent exhibits are so bad you can’t mark out any details especially with the fancy background…
